and psychical balance. Fasting also prevents aging. This kind

five to seven day fasting cure the body weight decreases on

How to prepare yourself for a fasting
cure
One week before coming to LOODUS we advise you to exclude greasy
food, sweets and alcohol from your menu.Try to decrease consumption
of meat and diary products and drink much water. |
| Fasting and macrobiotic
cleansing cures start on the first day. The time of arrival
to the Baltic Health and Wellness Centre is from 10 am. Our
transportation will wait for you on a parking lot of Tartu
Hotel across the Central bus station in Tartu at 10.45 to
11.00 am. At the end of the course we will bring you back
to the Central bus station at 2 pm. |
