Fasting and macrobiotic cleansing cures start on the first day. The time of arrival to the Baltic Health and Wellness Centre is from 10 am. Our transportation will wait for you on a parking lot of Tartu Hotel across the Central bus station in Tartu at 10.45 to 11.00 am. At the end of the course we will bring you back to the Central bus station at 2 pm.
